Cut-to-length line is the latest special equipment for transformerlamination manufacturing.

1.The whole line is designed with central positioning method and automaticguide width adjustment by computer.
2.Punching units and shearing units are driven by high dynamic servo motors to ensure high efficiency and low noise.
3.Siemens AC servo system and Simotion motion controller are employed to realize accurate measuringand shearing asper preset length
4.Color touch screen with human-machine interface(HMI)in Chinese and English allows easy access for operators to select sheet shapes,input and rectify parameters,etc.
5.Computer allows fastshearing length adjustment and lamination length compensation.
6.Designed with lengthways and cross step-lap functions,this line can manufacture step-lap transformer lamination automatically.
7.Cutting,diverting and stacking can be done automatically according to preset number of sheets.
8.Automatic stacking of sheetsfrom largest to smallestor fromsmallest to largest is available through end positioning or hole positioning.
9.Remote trouble shooting system is available.
10.Waste material collecting system isoptional.
