Pressure relief valves of Φ80mm,Φ130mm are mainly applied to large-size oil-immersed power transformer, power capacitor and electric reactor , etc to release pressure when the pressure of fuel tank exceeds its normal value.
When the malfunction occurs, the pressure inside the fuel tank of oil-immersed power transformer will rise suddenly. If the pressure can not be released timely, the fuel tank will be deformed and even cracked. Pressure relief valve can be opened quickly when the pressure of the fuel tank reaches its opening pressure to make sure the pressure inside the fuel tank can be decreased promptly. When the pressure decreases to the close value of the pressure relief valve, the valve can be closed safely so that the pressure inside the fuel tank keeps average all the time. At the same time, it is effective to isolate outside air, moisture and other impurities from the fuel tank. The pressure relief valve with directional oil-spraying device (hereinafter referred to as directional oil-spraying pressure relief valve) is able to spray the oil released from transformer directionally and lead the released oil to the oil collecting tank through oil conduit to protect the oil from splashing and meet the fireproofing and environmental protection requirements.
Besides the conventional electric alarm signal, pressure relief valves of Φ80mm , Φ130mm are equipped with computer operating electric alarm signal function to realize dual electric signal output with respective guidings. User can choose the functions according to their needs.
